5. Install the new ribbon cartridge.

6. Turn the knob (➊) in the direction of the arrow to take up

any ribbon slack.

1. Turn the printer OFF and use the platen knob to back the

paper all the way out.

2. Open the access cover, and remove the pull-up roller

assembly.
